INTRO
I'm an end-to-end product designer, where I work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to help with the digital transformation of clients. My strength as a designer is my ability to immerse myself in new industries and quickly yet meticulously evaluate and understand the problem space and identify possible solutions. I believe in rapidly ideating solutions and bringing them to life through high fidelity prototypes to test with users. Across my portfolio I am experienced in designing for a wide variety of mediums from mobile apps, responsive web, WatchOS complications, voice interfaces, digital kiosks and signage, as well as SMS and QR integrations. I am passionate about innovating new concepts and love challenging myself and working across a wide variety of industries. Designing for both digital as well as more physical service design solutions. I am a quick learner when it comes to new software, research methodologies, and design skills. I'm always looking to learn from others and and grow as a designer.

Was on the Women's Basketball and Lacrosse teams. Sports have been a huge part of my life, and made me an extremely hard working, team player.

To fulfill my creative side while in school, I worked for the athletic department in Video Services. I filmed and edited promotional videos, game highlights, and social media content for the teams.

While at Ohio State, I also founded a business, a student athlete review platform, where I was the lead product designer working on the website, branding, and social media content. This is what lead me to want to further my education in the design world.
Grad School
MA in Experience and Brand Design from University of Colorado
Studied user-centered product design in an immersive studio-based program focusing on user experience, digital product, and brand design. Improved skills in design thinking, service design, UX/UI design, product design, and design leadership. The program emphasized agile methodologies, rapid prototyping, and product development lifecycle best practices.
Participated in design sprints for real-world companies including Hertz, Artilect, and Panacea Life Sciences. Practiced the digital product design process beginning-to-end, producing user personas, journey maps, concept sketches, wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and client-ready presentations.

Senior Product Designer at BAE Systems
I am currently working at BAE Systems as a senior product designer collaborating with the Air Force Research Laboratory. We our developing a native mobile app design for a medical documentation tool used on the battlefield for integrated electronic health records.

In the past I worked as a product designer for Focused Labs consulting firm, as the lead designer for PODS and Hertz.

Hobbies
In my free time I love to snowboard, play just about any sport, and spend time with my dogs. I am passionate about photography and like to paint and draw for fun.
Personality
I’m on the quieter side in social situations, but I use this to my advantage by constantly observing the world around me. I'm not afraid to speak up when it comes to my work, if I have something to say when collaborating with others or explaining my design decisions I will. I like for my words to mean something, I don't like talking just to fill space. I'm confident when presenting to stakeholders or internal teams, I don't let my introverted personality get in the way of being a powerful designer and collaborator.
